Case 1: A 72-year-old widow exhibiting simple pachinko addition after the death of her husband six years earlier. She used card loans and borrowed money from consumer credit (Sara kin) and gradually fell into debt. Case 2: A 40-year-old housewife with a five year history of alcholism. Due to economic distress she utilized consumer credit (Sara kin) and fell into multiple debts. This patient had a past history of multiple debts. In both cases, their children showed signs of co-dependence. We discussed the relationship between multiple debts and gambling and between multiple debts and alcoholism. Further, we examined the relatiohship between multiple debts and co-dependence. In our results, we pointed out the relevant connections between multiple debts and psychiatric symptoms. When we examine psychiatric patients with addiction disorders, we should also pay attention to economic problems, and it is important that we notice existence of multiple debts.}, pages = {85--94}, title = {多重債務を伴う精神科患者の検討 : パチンコ依存症、アルコール依存症の自験例を中心に}, volume = {24}, year = {2002} }
